  The first time I saw DJ Mehdi was on a night like this. It was March 2007, Vancouver. Mehdi, Justice, So Me, and Busy P were all DJing, but it was Mehdi that slayed everyone on that dancefloor. That was the day that he became my favorite. I saw him play again a year and a half later, and then later with Club 75. I met two great friends that night in Vancouver nearly 5 years ago, and I haven’t seen them in years. I will, however, see them next April, and it will be memorable. RIP DJ Mehdi. I am devastated.

  Linda tried to convince the entire police department as well as the owners of the house that her car had been stolen earlier in the day, and she was about to call the cops to report it, but had to walk her dog, and while she was walking the dog, the thieves in her stolen car did a Dukes of Hazzard jump from a 6 inch curb right into the house where she happened to be.

  She was later sentenced to 600 years in jail.

  So I’ve noticed a lot of Daft Punk’s stuff has a snare or clap on the third beat (half step/time?). I’ve listened to a lot of the suggestions, mostly in the OP, of dubstep music and Daft Punk doesn’t seem to fit because of the lack of reverb. Would a song like “Da Funk” be considered dubstep? It seems to have the elements of half step and about 140 bpm.
